We started as a small sewer and drain cleaning only company in 1995, but quickly expanded, due to overwhelming customer requests, to include all the other aspects of plumbing as well - small repairs, big repairs, fixture replacements, etc.

Many of our competitors, who have a presence on the web, have an "about us" or "our philosophy" or "mission statement" page, or pages, and all are obviously going to say the same thing in one way or another: we all do good work, use quality parts, charge a reasonable rate, etc., etc.

But how do you actually know this? Truth is, you don't. The best advertising is word of mouth, and that is why we belong to two chapters of a business networking (word of mouth) organization, and have been asked to rejoin each year since we became involved. We do what we say, and that is:

To be a company that will actually show up (believe it or not, we hear from many customers that many outfits don't do this), and, if we should get hung up on a job in line before yours, which happens sometimes, we will call you instead if leaving you hang; diagnose and do the job and keep you ‘in-the-loop' while doing so; finish it; and get out.

And isn't this what you want? No lollygagging, taking a long lunch, taking cigarette breaks. Do it, do it right, and leave.
